Why Bengali is absent from TB? Even English is not there in the TB. Majority of the people in the state can't read Hindi. Apart from the major cities of the state, majority of the people in the rural belt hardly can understand or speak Hindi.

Ex Union minister SS Alhuwalia has been fielded this time from Asansol. Earlier when he was the MP of Durgapur - Bardhaman, two of his achievements were halt of NJP shatabdi at Bardhaman and that of Patna VB at Durgapur (initially it was supposed to skip DGR). Let's see if this time he can pull off anything for Asansol.
