According to DRM Solapur, RB has granted permission to increase 1 AC 3-Tier coach in Siddheshwar (12115/16)/Udyan Express (11301/02) and one Sleeper coach is replaced by one general unreserved coach for the convenience of short distance traveling unreserved passengers.
Also one AC 2-Tier will be added to Solapur - Hassan Express i.e. Yeshwantpur Superfast (11311/12) w.e.f. 15 Oct 2019.

Actually kalburgi to SBC KSR is completely electrified but not being used fully.

This train must provide Quotas to Kalaburagi, Yadgir, Raichur districts. Basava has only quota of 10 berths collectively(Sleeper class) for Kalaburagi, Yadgir, Raichur district stations. And Tatkal quota is 0.
Two solutions:
Either increase quota for these places or divert this train via Gadag its no point to run without quota via these places

Nobody boards from Hotgi or solapur but central railway does not allow Gulbarga to have its quota. unnessarily gulbarga pax have to book from Hotgi paying extra money and SUR show this as their revenue.

it is very much required on this route(via klbg). It connects kalaburgi to bagalkot and bijapur on one side and benguluru and mysore on the other side .
