Sir, it's just how different people see it.
One is called clock time or ampm time: hours are between 1 and 12, but then you have to specify am or pm, to avoid ambiguity.
The other is called "military" time or 24-hour time: hours are between 0 and 24, but you don't need to specify am or pm.
We are using ampm time for blog entries, hours are between 1 and 12, but with am/pm, so 12:30am is 12:30 after midnight, and 12:30pm is 12:30 after noon. For train timetables, we are using military time 0 - 24.
By convention we cannot use 00:42am, since that would be wrong for common time.
That is how computers see it. As a validation of the above, you can see your Windows digital clock on your own personal computer usually (at the bottom right corner). After midnight, you will see that your own PC or laptop tells you that the current time is 12:30AM, etc. It will not say 00:30AM.

sir i have one question, whether it is almost certain for trains on which plateform it will come (for imp. station) can it be included in time table ?

Actually the blog entry was borne out of a divided opinion at my end and it was so considered looking at the train time table timings which follow the 24 hr time format. However the blog section, as correctly pointed out by you, is following 12 hr am/pm format and hence no question for any zero hour. The matter stands clarified and regret for inconvenience.

Chart is generally prepared 3 hrs before departure of train. As you have already have confirmed tickets and have been already allotted berths, they will not be changed after preparation of chart. You have to request some co-passengers to exchange seats.

We use the Google and Facebook systems to sign you in. Both systems give you a unique ID. In your case, when you signed out and signed back in, we see a completely different ID - you are a different new "Ketan". That's why you see just one post against your name. The old "Ketan" has a different Google ID.
Please make sure that when you signed out and signed back in, you signed in with the same email address as before. Many people have multiple email addresses on GMail for different purposes. A different email means a different account.
If such is not the case, then it might be a bug with Google, giving you 2 distinct IDs for the same email. Please let us know, and we'll manually merge both IDs.
In any case, all info is still here. So no harm is done. Thanks.

Seems to be a bug with the Google identification process. Everytime you are signing in, we are getting a different ID. Meanwhile, we'll merge your ID's into one - so all your posts and profile will still be intact. Thanks for your patience.

Id proof required like Driving license, Voter Id card, Passport which has mention your age. If you haven't carry then TTE will may treat you as a without ticket or you have to pay difference of fare for adult age person. Minimum age limit for ladies Sr. Citizen is 60 years & ladies get 50 % concession on base fare amount only.

Normally (and please don't take it otherwise) the TTs size you up and are experienced enough to take you as a senior citizen. However looks can be deceptive, therefore it is better to carry some proof of age. Especially when you are between 60--68 yrs of age! Good wishes.

So authentic age proof is must.
