Refunds for online tickets will be credited directly to bank accounts, while passengers with counter tickets will need to visit a railway counter for refunds. Four other trains will operate on alternate routes during these days: Train number 19053 Surat Express will run on 19th January via Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Ballia. Train number 19054 Surat Express will run on 21st January via Ballia, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Kanpur Central. Train number 18205 Durg-Nautanwa Express will run on 18th January via Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ballia, and Nautanwa. Bharat Express (train numbers 22425 aur 22426) is period mein cancel rahegi. Jo passengers pehle se tickets book kar chuke hain unko full refund mil jaayega. Online tickets ka refund directly bank account mein aayega, lekin counter se tickets lene walon ko refund ke liye railway counter pe jana hoga. Is samay, chaar aur trains alternate routes se chalengi: Train number 19053 Surat Express 19 January ko Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Varanasi, aur Ballia se hoti hui chalegi.
