With limited medical care available, employees often travel to hospitals in Gomoh or Dhanbad, wasting an entire day. The station sees around 26 trains daily, increasing the risk of accidents and leaving severely injured individuals without immediate medical assistance. The lack of adequate medical facilities despite rising revenue at the station is a cause for concern.

Bataate chalen ki is station prakshetra ke tatha gareya station se sarmaṭand station yani kareeb 10 station aur halt shamil hai. Jahan kareeb 300 rail karmchari parivar nivaas karte hain. Jin ka ilaaj kshetra ke hazaribagh road station mein hi padta hai. Ab bhala jiske hospital mein doctor nahi ho wahaan ilaaj kaise hoga. Aisi sthiti mein yeh log gomoh ya dhanbad station mein bane rail hospital mein ilaaj ke liye jaate hain. Natija din bhar ka samay barbad ho jaata hai. Dusri aur is station par up aur down milakar lagbhag 26 trainon ka thahrav hai. Jismein kai baar train se girne jaisi ghatnaen hoti hain. Jismein gambhir roop se zakhmi logoon ke ilaaj nahin hone par jaan jane ki sthiti ban jaati hai. Mote tor par kaha ja sakta hai jiske tarah se is station par rajasva badh raha hai medical suvidha nagany hote jaa rahe hain.
