The NIA is investigating these incidents, and authorities have heightened security measures and vigilance. Additionally, a coal-laden goods train derailed in Mathura on Wednesday night, causing disruption on the Delhi route and leading to the diversion and cancellation of several trains. The derailment could have been catastrophic, as the Mewar Express was on the adjacent track and would have been involved in the crash if the goods train had derailed 10 minutes later. The cause of the goods train derailment is still unknown.
