The strict ticket checking resulted in a 6.54% increase in ticket purchases at counters and a 1.31% rise in passenger revenue, reaching 39.15 crores. This intensive checking was conducted at several key stations including Asansol, Durgapur, Andal, Madhupur, Jasidih, RaniGanj, Sitarampur, Barakar, Galsi, Jamtara, Vidyasagar, Sainthia, Dumka, and Siuri.
