Grievance Description : Sir, I have lodged the complaint regarding the late running of 12394 Sampoorna Kranti express. Even today when I checked its status it is running more than 2 hrs late. My question is will it ever run on time. Everytime it crossed Allahabad it becomes a passenger and stops at every station without any reason. Once or twice is acceptable, but it happens every single time. I don't know how railways handles its operations, but if handled properly this kind of things shouldn't happen. I request you to kindly monitor the delays in each zone and do the needful to prevent them.

Details : Dear Customer, We sincerely try to run all the trains, especially long route trains on time. But sometimes factors beyond our control may cause undue detention of the trains. On 13th March 2013 train no. 12394 received from NR 27” late from scheduled time further it lost time due to path constrains between ALJN-MGS. Ghaziabad-Mughalsarai section is one of the most heavily congested routes of IR in terms of both coaching and goods trains. Many trains running in this section are involving in surface crossing at many places, engine reversal/changes at stations causing timings loss to other trains in case of late running of trains. Infrastructure development works such as ROBs/RUBs, change in signaling system, are in progress to fulfill the future requirement which may help running of trains in time. Remedial actions are being taken for punctual running of the train. Your suggestions/complaints are valuable for us. Thanks...
