The party's state secretary, Prakash Viplav, pointed out that while routine investigations into the causes of accidents are conducted by the Railway Safety Commissioner after every accident, the reports are not made public. In the Rangapani train accident, it was found that the loco pilot of the goods train was on continuous duty for four nights without proper sleep. The All India Loco Running Staff Association, an organization representing loco pilots, has been demanding for years that crew members not work for more than eight hours, but the Railway Ministry has not taken any action on this matter.

Party ke state secretary, Prakash Viplav ne kaha hai ki har train durghatna ke baad railway dwara durghatna ke karanon ki routine jaanch railway ke suraksha ayukt se karayi jaati hai, lekin jaanch report public nahi hoti hai. Rangapani railway station par hui durghatna mein ek baat pramukhata se saamne aayi hai ki maalgadi ka loco pilot lagatar duty kar raha tha aur chaar raaton se thik se neend puri nahi kar paya tha. Loco pilot ke sangathan All India Loco Running Staff Association pichhle kai saalon se crew members ke liye aath ghanta se zyada kaam nahi karne ki maang kar rahe hain, lekin railway mantri aaj tak is par koi pehal nahi ki hai.
