Because for early morning trains chart is prepared a day-before. So a n approximation with +/- 2 hrs does not seem a bad option @Anubhav: Feb 08 (12:06PM) again it depends on the station where chart is prepared. example for 6231 MV-MYS express some time chart is prepared only 45min to 1hrs before train departure from MV. its very difficult to predict. @Pradeep Kumar: Feb 08 (02:49PM) Exactly thats why it is important as people can have an approximate time when chart preparation is done. It can help people understand at what time they need to check for Charting status. Yes it would need to be user input . @Anubhav: Lets have it like Pantry field where users can update if they have information. Like, today I have observed that chart for A P Express/HYB->NDLS that departs at 6:25 AM is prepare at approx. 22:00 the night before. |
