KR cannot block trains saying we don't have rails to run kar. trains. They shouldn't have agreed running Kerala, Goa and Maharashtra trains indiscriminately without thinking about needs of Coastal kar. Even the Karwar div. is a namesake div. Madgaon is better developed than Karwar. How can divisional HQ not even have pitlines or other maintenance facilities ? I agree SWR has always neglected passenger services. But current MoSR and few politicians are doing good job in improving rail network in Karnataka.

Please don't compare bjp,bgm with vskp. The issues are totally different. It's our right to have good connectivity to our state capital. If it's required to accomodate few more trains originating from ka , sbc will accomodate. Swr has a long history of neglecting intrastate connection. I don't think u can ever understand can because you never would have come across such situation in SCR or ECoR. There are good enough intrastate connection within two telugu speaking states but it's not the same situation in ka.

Read my answer again i have only spoken about the intrastate trains. I replied to your comment only because u dragged bjp, bgm into an issue concerning vskp which are not similar. We still dont have a dedicated trains from klbg, bay , bidr and other towns of karnataka which is our primary concern.

Those are intrastate trains and bengaluru being capital of Ka, priority is intrastate connectivity. To improve it there are few more trains that have been introduced from ypr like Bgm SF, Vsg Spl ,also lot of local trains in and around SBC.
